NWP Building Design is an efficient and dedicated Company that offers Architectural Design as well as Project Management services.

We specialise in domestic extensions and new-build dwellings but do undertake other work, including small residential developments, refurbishments and barn conversions.

NWP aim to give a professional, friendly service within our operating region and strive to ensure complete Client satisfaction. We have extensive local knowledge and a good understanding of the workings of the Council Planning Departments; this is reflected in our Planning success rate.

We act as the Client’s Agent dealing with all aspects of the Planning and Building Regulations processes, using our best endeavours to gain the approvals sought.
