We do not have the high overheads associated with rented offices so we can keep costs down for our Clients. We currently do not charge VAT, which makes us even more competitive.

For our Architectural design services we normally work on a lump sum, fixed fee basis, allowing this to be included in the budget from the outset. Most of our Clients prefer us to quote in this way.

Charging on an hourly rate is appropriate for small amounts of extra work or additional feasibility sketches that may be requested.

Percentage of build-cost is appropriate for our Project Management work.
